Digital Membership Cards

Digital membership cards provide a more efficient and convenient way for Santa Barbara Zoo Members to receive their cards and support the Zoo’s mission to preserve the natural world and its living treasures by reducing our environmental footprint.

Members who join or renew will receive an email with a link to download their digital membership card.

I'm a Zoo member, do I need to make a reservation to visit?

Yes, all Santa Barbara Zoo Members require a timed ticket and will need to show their photo ID and reservation confirmation. If you have questions, please contact our membership team.

Can member reservations be canceled/changed?

If you are a Santa Barbara Zoo Member and you’d like to change your arrival date/time or the number of people on your reservation 48+ hours in advance, log in to your account, click “view” on your reservation, and then edit the date/time or the number of people. Click “next” and “accept” to complete the transaction. You will receive an updated confirmation and tickets from

Do I need to make a reservation for kids under 2 years old?

No, guests under 2 years old do not need a reservation.
