Join us in “shell-abrating” World Turtle Day at the Zoo as we host naturalist/author Sy Montgomery and illustrator Matt Patterson. These “turtle-y” passionate folks will talk turtles during this exclusive stop on the tour promoting their latest collaboration, The Book of Turtles.
Enjoy tastings from 30+ breweries and vendors while strolling the Zoo’s hilltop and enjoying an ocean view.
Celebrate World Ocean Day with us! At the Zoo, we will focus on snowy plovers, otters, and penguins with keeper talks, animal encounters, and ocean-related activities.

We're staying open later so you can enjoy the quieter side of the Zoo...after hours! While some animals go to bed at 4 PM, you’ll enjoy a peaceful vibe, late train rides, lawn games, face painting, live music, and see animals like giraffes too. LIVE MUSIC by Do No Harm Band
