Coast and coastal islands of Chile and Peru.

Habitat:

Description:
Dark gray body with orange feet and bill: white "mustache" and yellow markings on face.

Adaptations/Habitat:

Breeding/Growth:
Nests in hollows in rocky cliffs, sometimes using old nests of Humboldt penguins. Lays 1-2 eggs, which are incubated for about 4 weeks.

Diet:
Fish and small marine invertebrates.
